Wish Granted Wednesday...

Up for grabs this wonderful Wednesday...

Cute and adorable must-have mini Core'dinations 6x6 Black Magic... If you have *yet* to convert to Core'dinations, let me tell you why you *need* to try it! You could use it as plain old black cardstock with a hint of a shimmer... OR you could unleash the beast and toy with it to create pretty pucka background effects. I spotted this <<< on scrappindipity.com.au and love the effect!

You can sand over embossed (raised) designs to reveal the coloured core - or you can take yourself back to days of yore and relive those *brass rubbing* days to create a rubbing of whatever it is you have to hand. You can create some pretty funky bespoke backgrounds this way...

Anyways, I am on a mission to convert! There will even be a free sample for EVERY reader of Creativity in January!! So if you have used it... leave a comment - and as always follow the blog and be in with a chance to WIN!

I adore core'dinations cardstock....I have all the selections in colours but I don't have any of the black yet.
It is the best cardstock ever in my opinion.....even better than 'that other one'!

I love Core'Dinations particularly the black magic. I just love how you can emboss or sand to reveal the other colour. I also love how well they go through die cutting systems. I'd love to win some!

Love the embossed circles. This cardstock works brilliantly in the cuttlebug embossing folders follwoed by a light sanding.

yup I love the stuff too - but can never have enough of it. I too like to emboss it with the cuttlebug embossing folders, and also with brass stencils then use the BG files to sand them. They are also gorgeous torn for cards and layouts.

I love the core-dinations cardstock, you can do so much with it. I was always a fan of white core, but this is even better. I have the black magic on my Chrimbo list as I'm impatient to give that a try. Love the look of the sample that you have shown. This will also work with a brass stencil.

I have a small collection of Core'dinations which I love. It is great to use with die cuts. I hadn't been using my Quickutz squeeze much as I often felt the shapes were flat & boring but Core'dinations gives more depth and adds interest. I make more of my own embellishments & letters now which is great for saving money.

Luscious cardstock - a must for any card maker, scrapper or general papercrafter.

I demo this stuff and when customers see how it works they just have to have it. The colours are stunning and it flies of the shelves.... especially the little six by sixes and the black magic... love it Becks keep more coming.... I even bought some of the chocolate box 'cos a girl just has to have her chocolate fix!
