Spotted... Pink Paislee Christmas!

Love, love, love Pink Paislee!!

NOT more than I love the luscious Holly M... but this stuff is like ice-cream. Lickable colours and designs, so so easy to use! Even IF you had an aversion to pink, you would be tempted, wouldn't you?! It is like a full on pink fest... and wholly unashamed with the unadulterated indulgence. Be gone those Santa reds, and embrace a Christmas that is decked up to the hilt in pink ;)

I MET Holly McCaig in the Lift!!!

I seriously lucked out here... {and I *know* I look daft and dazed...} but I was minding my own bees wax when I spotted that I had walked into the same lift as Holly. So to break the ice I commented on her fame... to which she asked who I was... and I said "oh a nobody" and then when she spotted my name she said "You're Becks! I read your blog all the time..." SERIOUS??? I about fell off my high heels and wanted to smoother her in kisses. Here was the genius designer who I have been cyber stalking for eons *knowing* my name.

Anyways, we are now BEZZY MATES. So *hello Holly*... and you rock Mrs!!!

Spotted: What do you call it when it is product that is sneaked and released later in the year (aka Oct) ?? Anyways whatever it is - we have muffins, ice cream and sorbet summer in... October. Not sure if that works?!! Ho hum.

Spotted: The new Pink Paislee releases... like the idea of those straws... but it is only the PINK that would get me queuing up ;) Is it wrong of me to think it is GREAT that each company is focused so heavy on Halloween? As a non-event in the UK, it does mean that around 50% of the new product is totally un-purchasable (is that even a word??)

Spotted: Trends for Autumn 08 is definitely OWLS. Championed by Sassafras (and would you believe the Secret Garden range from UK brand Papermania earlier this year) Pink Paislee, Reminisce and more are creating cute hooters ;)

Spotted: Delicious Die-Cut edged papers (trend also spotted via Jenni Bowlin, Bazzill Basics etc) and although they look da biz... I wonder if my Crafters Workshop templates will save me some pennies (if they at least save me absolutely NO time...! But all that cutting is cool - and it could be as theraputic as, like knitting?!?)

CHA - New Companies... the story!

I am looking forward to the debut of Pink Paislee... because it feels fresh and fun.

The story behind the new company is simply a clever collaboration between gals in the industry who have had success in their own right (Create My Keepsake, Pink Sugar Pop and Holly McCraig... digital diva divine!)

So we expect PINK - and for sure a little sugary sweetness to make the thought of yet another range to drool over... easy to swallow!

Holly BTW used to have her own company My Digital Muse... and has done design work for other manufacturers - so this is one company I am going to be looking forward to ;)
